This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your order and requesting a refund. Products are shipped from our warehouse Healthcare Laboratories at 692, AGRA ROAD, NEAR CHURCH, DWARIKAPURI ETAH, Etah, Uttar Pradesh, 207001 by reputed courier agencies.
1. Overview
This Policy applies to all orders for the Sugar Mukta offered through our website (www.sugarmukta.com). By purchasing our product, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not place an order.
2. Cancellation
If, for any reason, you want to cancel the purchase of your order of Sugar Mukta, you have the right to cancel your order within 24hrs of initiating the purchase. Our cancellation policy is designed to be hassle-free, with no questions asked.
Kindly Note*: Any order won’t be eligible for cancellation if the request is raised after 24 hours of placing the order.
2.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

- Request Cancellation: In your communication, clearly state that you wish to cancel your order and request a refund.
2.2 Cancellation Confirmation
Once we receive your cancellation request, our customer support team will process it promptly. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your cancellation request. Please allow us to have a time span of 24hrs to process your cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
At HLabs Store, we continuously endeavor to provide you with the best and easiest shopping experience. However, HLabs Store is not responsible to return used products, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including labels and price tags also, if the return or exchange request is made outside the given time period.
HLabs Store is not responsible for any damage caused after product delivery.
In the situation of any problem or quality issue associated with the delivered product, you can contact our customer care service team at (+91 9625473083) or email us at (helpdesk.kamaax@gmail.com) within 2-3 days of the product delivery.
A customer will be eligible for the exchange of the product if products delivered to him in broken and damaged condition (Kindly note that damages after the delivery is not exchangeable).
Any purchased good may be eligible for return /replace/refund if fulfills the following conditions:
- Sold/ delivered in physically damaged condition
- Any missing part or accessory
- Product is not used
- Product packaging is not opened
- If you receive any product in broken or damaged condition or if you have received any wrong product in the place of which it was ordered, for its return and exchange, you can call / mail/ message us on the given contact details. HLabs Store provides 2-3 days of validity to get your goods returned after the delivery is done. But, if you fail to inform us about the same at the specified time limit, no refund/replace/return will be processed.
Refund Process
Once your request is confirmed, we will process your refund. Please note the following details about the refund process:
- Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of the product paid at the time of making the purchase excluding postage & shipping.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase. If this is not possible, our customer support team will work with you to determine an alternative refund method.
- Processing Time: Once the returned product is received by us, we will initiate the process of refund. Refunds are typically acknowledged within seven (7) business days of confirming your refund request. However, it may take additional time (about 30 days or so) for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Key Points need to be considered for the whole process:
- We can exchange or return any product if the received item is unused, intact, saleable and in an undamaged condition with original packaging and receipt.
- Return and exchange requests will be subjected to checking and inspection by HLabs.
- The product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
- Postage & shipping will not be refunded.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Orders are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Promotional or discounted orders that explicitly state they are non-refundable.
- The products bought during the period of “Payday Sale, Month-end Sale, Special Offer Sale, Festive Offer Sale, Black Friday Sale, or any kind of sale” will not be eligible for return/replace/refund.
